EasyLandLord is property management software for South African landlords. Free is R0 for up to 5 active leases. Starter is R49 a month plus R29 per active lease.
You pay a base fee plus a fee for each active lease. A vacant unit does not add a per-lease fee. Starter (up to 10 leases) free for 14 days, then Free for up to 5 leases. No card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. The platform never holds tenant money.

EasyLandLord is property management software for South African landlords. Rent is paid into your own bank account on every plan. The platform never holds tenant money. VAT is R0. The company is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT to these prices.

Starter (up to 10 leases) free for 14 days, then Free for up to 5 leases
No card is required. Nothing is charged when the 14-day Starter trial ends. The account becomes Free for up to 5 leases and keeps its data. Free is records only: no automation, tenant portal, maintenance, inspections or key register.
How billing works
A fixed monthly amount for the plan. Free is R0.
Charged for a unit with an active lease. Starter is R29, Growth R25, Pro R20.
A unit with no active lease does not add a per-lease fee.
VAT is R0. The company is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT to these prices. You only pay for units with active leases. A trial drops to Free. If the account is then over Free's limits (more than 5 active leases, or more than 250 MB stored), it stays viewable but locked until you upgrade or trim. Free and Starter include one signup import session for properties, units, tenants, and leases. The session is used up when you finish it. Ongoing imports are on Growth and Pro. Growth includes 3 staff seats besides the owner. Pro includes unlimited staff seats. Free and Starter do not. Subscriptions are paid with Paystack. Tenant rent is never paid to EasyLandLord.
